FactoryListing Free Listing Guide
Follow these steps to quickly showcase your factory or company to global buyers.

Preparation: Register an Account
If you don't have an account yet, please click Account in the top right corner to register or log in.
Once logged in, click the + Free Add button in the navigation bar to enter the listing page.

Corporate Information
- Factory or Company Name: Fill in your factory or company name (Required).
- Factory or Company Description: Use the rich text editor to introduce your company, main products, and advantages in detail (Required). Supports adding images and formatting.
- Product Keywords: Fill in multiple keywords separated by commas to help buyers find you (Required).
- Product Category: Select the most appropriate category for your products from the dropdown menu (Required).

Certifications & Business License
- Product or factory certification: Fill in the certifications you have (e.g., CE, ISO9001). Separate multiple certificates with a comma ",".
- File Upload Business License: Upload your business license. This file is used for platform review only and will not be displayed publicly (Required, max 2MB).

Brand Information
- Only supports R mark: Fill in your registered trademark name.
- File Upload Trademark Certificate: Upload your trademark registration certificate (max 2MB).

Contact Information
Please ensure your contact information is accurate so buyers can reach you (* indicates required fields):
- Email: Your email address.
- Phone Number: Your phone number.
- WhatsApp: Your WhatsApp number (Buyers can contact you directly via this number).
- Website: Your official website link.
- Social Info: Click "Add Social" to add links to your social media profiles.
Tip: If you don't want to display the contact form on the public page, you can check "Hide contact owner form for single listing page" at the top.

Address & Images
- Address: Fill in your detailed address, e.g., New York, USA (Required).
- Factory Gate or Front Desk Cover Image: Upload a cover image of your factory gate or front desk. Supports drag-and-drop. Max 2MB per file, up to 5 images allowed.

Video, Catalog & Submit
- Factory or Company Video: Supports YouTube or Vimeo video links.
- Product PDF Catalog: Upload your product catalog PDF file (max 20MB).
- Final Confirmation: Check "I agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service" to agree to the platform's terms (Required).
After completing all information, click the Submit button at the bottom of the page.
Review Tip: After submission, the platform may manually review your business license and other qualifications. Please wait patiently.
Free Response Question
Do I need to pay any fees to post for free?
Completely free; we will not charge any "audit fees" or "deposits" under any pretext.
How long after publication will it show up?
Once approved, it will be displayed immediately, usually within 1 to 2 business days.
Can I edit the information that has already been published?
Yes, you can edit at any time in "Product Management" or "Company Profile" after logging in. Modifications will require re-approval.
Can I include the official website link and contact information?
Yes, we support filling in the official website URL in "Company Profile". This link will be publicly available, helping you build backlink authority.
